The Firm

We are a boutique commercial law firm, established at the beginning of 2004. We work for both Czech and international clients. We are members of a unique network of law firms in Central and Eastern Europe called PONTES.
We are convinced that good lawyers must not merely understand the law and its application but must also understand the commercial context, the client’s real needs and how to communicate with the client in a way that the client understands. Our clients understand us! Just ask them!

Vision

We are passionate about the quality of our work and believe that we can achieve the best quality only with a reasonably sized team, which can properly communicate. All of our partners are Czech qualified lawyers with extensive experience from large global law firms and we are proud of being able to offer our clients the best combination of the understanding of the local market and a global approach. Our top priority aim is to provide the highest quality – quality of services to our clients in domestic and international transactions – and we will strive for accomplishment of this vision.
